As Investors, we acquire medium-sized companies and/or company portfolios in almost all industry sectors in order to accompany them on their long-term growth path. As a rule, we acquire majority shareholdings, in special cases also qualified minorities. Our regional investment focus is on the German-speaking countries.
Consultants
As Consultants, we offer external investors and companies support within the framework of M&A transactions, company successions, corporate finance or restructuring.
Portfolio Manager
As investment managers, we assume the management function for investment companies, manage and develop investment portfolios and lead companies to successful exits. We not only advise investors, but also assume the management function at the level of the acquisition vehicles, e.g. newly founded investment companies.
