We, the partners of Triginta Capital, are a group of entrepreneurs and private investors who like to invest in medium-sized companies or take them over altogether. It is important to us that we can provide, not only money, but also other additional professional benefits. The unresolved succession situation is our speciality.
The companies in which we invest usually have a value of less than € 20 million. In individual cases we can exceed this purchase price by working together with a family office, an existing investment or with a small private equity company from our network.
We do not invest company or fund assets. We invest our own money.
Usually, one of our partners assumes responsibility for the project and is later represented on the advisory board or supervisory board. We have offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich and are therefore always close to our portfolio companies.
